2. Ordering and Payment
•    All orders must be placed through our official website or approved platforms.
•    Prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
•    Payments must be made online at the time of order using accepted payment methods (e.g., debit/credit card, mobile wallet, PayPal).
•    Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an email or SMS confirmation.
3. Delivery and Pickup
•    We offer both home delivery and pickup options.
•    Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
•    Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
•    For pickup, customers must collect their orders within the agreed time frame. Orders not collected may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
•    Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement for a full refund.
•    After preparation has begun, cancellations are not guaranteed, and refunds may not be issued.
•    If your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
5. Allergies and Food Safety
•    Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish).
•    Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies when placing an order.
•    While we take care to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free food.
