At Gracy Kitchen, we take pride in preparing and delivering fresh, authentic Nigerian meals. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected.
1. No Returns After Delivery
• For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned once they have been delivered to you or collected in person.
• By placing an order, you agree to this no-return policy.
2. Order Cancellations
• Orders may only be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement for a full refund, provided preparation has not yet started.
• Once food preparation is underway, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds for Issues
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience an issue, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion in cases such as:
• The wrong items were delivered.
• Items were missing from your order.
• The order was not delivered.
